DIO POUERIE
Senior Pastor OF ACCELERATION CHURCH
A Builder of People, Platforms, and Kingdom Pathways
Pastor Dio Pouerie is a rare breed of leader—deeply anointed for ministry, yet powerfully appointed for the marketplace. As the Senior Pastor of Acceleration Church in Orlando, Florida, he leads with vision, revelation, and an unwavering passion for discipleship. At the same time, he serves as the CEO of three high-performing ventures: a hedge fund accelerator designed to launch and scale elite fund managers, a financial publishing company reaching over 50,000 new traders and investors each month, and a quant-driven hedge fund powered by proprietary AI technology and multiple institutional-grade trading algorithms—each contributing to a rapidly growing AUM.
With a proven track record of raising hundreds of millions in capital, conducting multi-million dollar M&A deals, and scaling companies to 8- and 9-figure revenues, Dio brings a level of business expertise rarely seen in the pulpit. His leadership is not theory—it’s tested, measurable, and deeply respected across sectors.
He earned his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, consistently ranked among the top 5 business schools in the world by U.S. News & World Report, Forbes, Fortune, and other premier publications. He has further sharpened his executive leadership through programs at the Yale School of Management and the Wharton School of Business, two globally renowned institutions known for shaping elite business minds.
As the founder of Hedge Fund Accelerator, he empowers emerging managers and elite traders to launch performance-based funds and generate generational wealth. Through Traders and Quants, his financial education and publishing firm, he’s equipping a global audience of market participants with strategies that actually work—built on decades of experience, not hype. His private fund leverages a diversified portfolio of proprietary, institutional-grade trading strategies to deliver consistent, market-beating returns.
Dio’s expertise has led to numerous media appearances, including live interviews on the trading floors of both NASDAQand the New York Stock Exchange, where he was invited to share insights on the future of finance and the proliferation of tech. He has also been featured on CNBC, The Word Network, Impact Network, GoodLife 45, PureFlix, Inc. Magazine, and other respected platforms—further establishing his voice at the intersection of faith, finance, and innovation.
And yet, for all the business accolades, Dio’s greatest calling is still the Gospel.
Having led thousands to Christ, he teaches with theological depth and Spirit-led clarity—awakening purpose, breaking strongholds, and unveiling the promises of God. His messages blend revelation and strategy, igniting individuals to walk boldly in both calling and capacity.
Whether he’s in a boardroom or behind a pulpit, Dio lives at the intersection of faith and finance, believing that Kingdom influence must stretch beyond Sunday. His life is a testament that you can be both spiritual and strategic, prayerful and powerful—called to build churches and capital at the same time.
Dio Pouerie is a husband to Tekoa, a father to Maximus and Bella, a founder, and a force—leading with love, executing with excellence, and building for the glory of God.
